Overview
Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Dermatologist in the Greater Austin, TX area to help launch and grow a new dermatology service line within a mission-driven, well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This is a bread-and-butter general dermatology position offering a highly desirable outpatient-only, weekday schedule with no call and no weekends.

- 100% Outpatient Dermatology
- Monday - Friday schedule
- No call, no weekends
- Up to 24 patients per day (20-minute visit slots)
- 3 exam rooms per provider + private office
- Focus on medical/general dermatology (rashes, chronic skin conditions)
- Basic in-office procedures (biopsies, etc.)
- Procedures scheduled separately (not same-day)
- Fully supported environment:
- Dedicated RN, MA, front desk, and clinic operations staff
- EMR: Athena
- Opportunity to help build a dermatology program from the ground up
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: $381,000 - $474,000 (based on experience)
- Guaranteed for 12-18 months
- Production incentive model available
- Sign-on bonus (details discussed during interview)

Preferred Qualifications
- BE/BC in Dermatology
- Open to experienced physicians and select new graduates
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Visa support considered (J-1 / H-1B)
