Physician - Surgery

We are seeking highly skilled physicians with a strong background in cardiac surgery, including procedures such as CABG, off-pump revascularization, heart valve repair and replacement, and thoracic surgeries like lung resections and mediastinal operations. The role involves a 24-hour shift schedule, an average of 1-2 cases daily, and the opportunity to work in a hospital with advanced EMR systems and specialized ancillary staff.

Candidates should possess excellence in adult cardiac surgery with thoracic experience preferred, and hold current certifications with the ability to quickly credential within approximately 90 days. Additional skills such as experience with ECMO, flexible and rigid bronchoscopy, or congenital cardiac procedures are advantageous.

Other requirements include a valid medical license, active certifications, and willingness to work flexible hours. Travel and lodging reimbursement are provided, with orientation compensation at $45/hour and call rates of $5,500 for 24-hour coverage.
