Psychiatrist / PMHNP Opportunity at Bon Secours Behavioral Health – Mechanicsville, VA
Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Psychiatrist or PMHNP to join our growing outpatient Behavioral Health practice on the campus of Memorial Regional Medical Center.
Position Highlights
Outpatient only | Full-time (1.0 FTE)
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
13–15 patients per day
Minimal call (light cross-coverage only)
Telehealth available (EPIC)
Productivity-based compensation
Immediate volume from established patient panel + strong referrals

Qualifications
MD/DO (Psychiatry) or PMHNP
Virginia license (or eligible)
