We are seeking a highly skilled and Board Certified Urologist to join our esteemed medical team for long-term coverage. This vital role offers an exceptional opportunity to provide top-tier urological care in a dynamic and supportive environment. With a schedule designed for work-life balance—Monday through Friday clinic and OR shifts, with no call requirements—this position allows you to focus on patient outcomes. Enjoy a flexible two-week on, two-week off rotation, and leverage cutting-edge facilities, including a fully equipped clinic space and an onsite Da Vinci Xi Robot, to deliver exceptional care to our community.

Required Skills:

  • Valid Michigan Medical License, CDS, and DEA certifications
  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency or fellowship in Urology, or equivalent foreign training
  • Current certification or board eligibility with the American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery – Urological Surgery
  • Minimum of 50 urological procedures performed within the past 12 months or recent completion of accredited residency/fellowship
  • Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with robotic surgery, particularly using the Da Vinci Xi system
  • Prior experience in a similar outpatient or hospital setting
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Fellowship or specialized training in Urology
  • At least 1 year of post-residency clinical experience in urology

Other Requirements:
  • Eligibility for Michigan medical licensure, certification, and DEA registration
  • Willingness to undergo credentialing and onboarding processes
  • Commitment to maintaining professional licensure and certifications
  • Availability to start on or after August 4, 2026, pending credentialing completion
