What You’ll Do:

• Provide weekend call coverage from May 1-3, ensuring high-quality orthopaedic care.
• Perform at least 100 general orthopedic procedures within the past 12 months, demonstrating your clinical proficiency.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to patient-centric care and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Active medical license in Pennsylvania.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Board.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program.
• Current experience performing a minimum of 100 general orthopedic procedures in the past year or recent completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency or fellowship.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional subspecialty training in orthopedics.
• Experience with advanced orthopedic techniques or minimally invasive surgeries.
• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Recent residency or clinical fellowship within the past 12 months.
• Demonstrated surgical competency through documented procedural volume.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work weekends and adhere to scheduling commitments.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
• Valid state licensure and applicable certifications.
• Reimbursements for travel, licensure, and certifications as applicable.
