Required Skills:

• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the relevant state
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Proven clinical experience in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Excellent diagnostic and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, or others relevant to internal medicine
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and remote patient management

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical practice
• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting is preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain or maintain required licenses and certifications
• Willingness to travel for certain assignments or training as required
• Up-to-date malpractice insurance coverage
• Commitment to continuous professional development
