Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine

Summary
Join CentraCares Southway Clinic as a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) and build your own patient panel while delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. This full-time role offers the opportunity to practice independently in a collaborative primary care setting, diagnosing and treating acute conditions, managing chronic illnesses, and providing preventive care such as routine exams, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.

Schedule

• Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite - CentraCare-Southway Family Medicine, St. Cloud, MN
• Days | 5, 8-hour shifts | 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Monday- Friday
• No nights, weekends, holidays or call responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $109,241.60 - $124,904 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Prior experience as NP or PA in Family Medicine, Walk-In Clinic, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care
