• 7 on 7 off schedule Monday-Sunday 7 am - 5 pm
• 4 - 5 rooms per day
• 20 minute pager call back time
• Bread & butter, ortho, OB, endo, and occasional ENT ped cases
• No scheduled weekend cases -- only emergency
• Pre op/post op cases at night
• No own cases during the day, just at night with exception of blocks
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
