Required Skills:

• Valid and active medical license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology, including minor GYN procedures.
• Ability to independently manage a broad range of obstetric and gynecologic conditions.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Adept at working efficiently within a scheduled appointment system (AM OB, PM GYN).
• Competence in outpatient clinical procedures and patient management.
• Credentialing readiness and compliance with clinic policies.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
• Additional certifications in women's health or minimally invasive procedures.
• Prior outpatient clinic or private practice experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB-GYN practice.

Other Requirements:

• No hospital privileges required; outpatient only.
• Willingness to undergo credentialing process, which may take up to 90 days.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Ability to work additional hours (overtime) after 40 hours per week as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining professional certifications and licensure.
