• 24/7 STEMI coverage 7-14 days on then 7-14 days off
• Usually no more than 10 patients on service at a time
• Inpatient only
• Right and left heart cath, PCI, iFR, IVUS procedures required
• Pericardiocentesis and IABP placement procedures required
• Cardioversions required
