The Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, part of the VA Northwest Health Network (VISN20), is seeking a talented and compassionate Neurology physician (Board Certified or Board Eligible) to join our dedicated team caring for America’s Veterans.
As a neurology physician at our facility, you will play an integral role in the comprehensive management of various neurological conditions, including seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis, neurodegenerative diseases, migraines, and more. Responsibilities include both outpatient general neurology clinics and inpatient neurology consultations, with opportunities to interpret EEGs, perform and interpret EMGs, and optionally perform procedures such as occipital nerve blocks and Botulinum toxin injections for dystonia or migraine prophylaxis. The position offers a manageable patient volume and on-call schedule.
In addition to clinical duties, you will have opportunities to participate in academic, administrative, and research activities. Our strong affiliations with the University of Washington and the Washington State School of Medicine provide avenues for teaching residents and medical students and obtaining an academic appointment.
About Our Facility
Located in beautiful Spokane, Washington, the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center includes a primary Medical Center and three community-based outpatient clinics throughout Washington and Northern Idaho. Our facility operates 23 acute care hospital beds, 31 rehabilitation-focused nursing home beds, and provides mobile clinic services to rural veterans.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
U.S. citizenship required (Non-U.S. citizens may be considered; J1 Visa sponsorship available)
Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in the U.S. required
Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology required
