Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator for Therapeutic & Mental Health Services is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of mental health and therapeutic service programs. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and organizational standards. The coordinator works closely with clinical staff, leadership, and external partners to optimize service delivery and patient/client outcomes.

Job Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 2–5 years of project coordination or healthcare experience
- PMP or CAPM certification (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of mental health service delivery systems

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage mental health and therapeutic service projects
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
- Serve as liaison between clinical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders
- Track project progress and prepare status reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Assist with staffing coordination and resource allocation
- Support onboarding and credentialing processes for clinical staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
- Identify and resolve project risks or issues
Physical Examination Responsibilities:
- Not applicable (non-clinical role), but must be able to:
- Sit for extended periods
- Use standard office equipment
- Occasionally, travel to sites if required
Medical Oversight Responsibilities:
- Support coordination of clinical oversight activities (non-clinical role)
- Ensure proper communication between providers and administration
- Assist in monitoring program compliance and quality standards
