Are you a dedicated Urologist seeking a rewarding locum opportunity to serve vibrant communities in Greenville, SC? We are looking for a skilled Physician to provide essential inpatient urology services across two esteemed facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive urological care to adult and geriatric patients in a hospital setting.
- Perform general urology procedures, including ureteroscopy and other inpatient interventions.
- Cover inpatient services at both St. Francis Downtown and St. Francis Eastside hospitals, ensuring continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced urologists to maintain high standards of care.
- Provide inpatient APC support on a consistent basis, 7 days a week.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) with active Urology board certification or eligibility.
- Valid medical license to practice in South Carolina.
- Proven experience in general urology procedures, including ureteroscopy.
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital-based, inpatient setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in Level 3 trauma centers.
- Past involvement in a hospital-based specialty practice environment.
- Additional certifications or advanced procedural expertise.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of a Urology residency program.
- At least 2+ years of clinical Urology practice preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to cover both hospital facilities in Greenville.
- Ability to travel and adhere to reimbursement policies for travel expenses such as flights, hotels, rental cars, or mileage.
- Flexibility to work across inpatient services, with potential support from other urologists onsite.
