Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid medical licensure
• Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Proven experience in Hematology and Oncology clinical settings
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to manage a patient load of 10-15 per day efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably ONCO EMR
• Flexibility to participate in occasional night and weekend on-call duties

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in outpatient oncology clinics
• Participation in tumor board conferences or oncology research
• Knowledge of genetic counseling practices
• Additional certifications in oncology or related fields
• Prior experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of accredited residency and fellowship programs in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology
• Minimum of 2 years of post-training clinical experience in an oncology setting
• Familiarity with integrated cancer care models and multidisciplinary collaboration

• Ability to work effectively within a shared practice environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety
• Must adhere to all applicable licensure, certification, and hospital credentialing requirements
• Willingness to participate in tumor registry activities and quality improvement initiatives
• No IMLC acceptance; valid licensure in the state required
