Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid medical licensure
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Proven experience in Hematology and Oncology clinical settings
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to manage a patient load of 10-15 per day efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably ONCO EMR
- Flexibility to participate in occasional night and weekend on-call duties
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in outpatient oncology clinics
- Participation in tumor board conferences or oncology research
- Knowledge of genetic counseling practices
- Additional certifications in oncology or related fields
- Prior experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of accredited residency and fellowship programs in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology
- Minimum of 2 years of post-training clinical experience in an oncology setting
- Familiarity with integrated cancer care models and multidisciplinary collaboration

- Ability to work effectively within a shared practice environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety
- Must adhere to all applicable licensure, certification, and hospital credentialing requirements
- Willingness to participate in tumor registry activities and quality improvement initiatives
- No IMLC acceptance; valid licensure in the state required
