- On-site at Banner Health Center, 17900 N Porter Rd, Maricopa, AZ 85138
- Your own patient panel with manageable patient volume to support your success
- Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s shifts
- All-ages patient population in a community-focused clinic
- Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
- Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!
Requirements:
- Active NP or PA designation with eligibility for Arizona licensure
- DEA with prescriptive authority required
- Primary care experience preferred; new graduates welcome
- Patient-centered approach with strong collaboration skills
