Physician Assistant - Orthopedic Surgery

Clinic Based Orthopedics with Banner Medical Group in West Valley, AZ

Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Physician Assistant or ACNP to join our highly trained and collaborative team of Orthopedic Surgeons and Advance Practice Providers in the Phoenix Metro area. This position will be based at our Sun City West and Peoria clinics where we provide care to a diverse group of patients with orthopedic needs.

Requirements:

Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or ACNP (w/RNFA certificate at the time of application)

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona

Current prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances

Experienced APP preferred but new grads with orthopedic skills (orthopedic generalist/trauma) will be considered

Current BLS & ACLS certification

Practice Details:

• Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with possible practice call & elective compensated hospital call; time split between locations below
  • Sun City West location - 14416 W. Meeker Blvd
  • Peoria location - 9165 W. Thunderbird Rd
• Clinic-based position (occasional first assist opportunities based on practice needs); injection training provided
• Team currently consists of 7 Physicians and 8 APPs
• Work alongside one of Banner's Best - Dr. Martin Benoit
