We are seeking a dedicated Urology provider to deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the state
• Board-certified or eligible in Urology
• Proven experience in urological procedures and patient management
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for 10-12 days per month, including weekends and weekdays
• Willingness to participate in 24-hour on-call rotations from 0700 to 0700

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with outpatient clinic workflows
• Prior on-call or emergency urology experience
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications in urological subspecialties

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in Urology
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology

Other Requirements:

• Availability for clinic, scheduled OR time, and on-call shifts as specified
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and team meetings
• Travel and other reimbursements applicable as needed
