Join Our Team as a Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine – Vascular and Interventional Radiology Specialist

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in embolization, pulmonary thrombectomy, and drainages (abscess, nephrostomy, biliary)
- Experience with IVC filter insertion and central venous access (dialysis catheters, central lines, PIVs)
- Knowledge of TIPS, LP, thoracentesis, and paracentesis procedures
- Strong understanding of vascular anatomy and imaging modalities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Relevant licensure and certifications in radiology or nuclear medicine
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in an interventional radiology setting
- Familiarity with advanced image-guided procedures and equipment
- Bilingual capabilities to enhance patient communication
- Additional certifications in specialty procedures or certifications in related fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD, DO, or equivalent in Medical Degree with specialization in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in vascular and interventional radiology procedures or related specialties
- Valid state medical license and board certification in radiology or nuclear medicine
Other Requirements:
- Coverage includes daily IR cases and on-call responsibilities starting June 8 at 7 a.m. through June 12 at 4:30 p.m.
- Ability to work flexible hours during scheduled dates
- Willingness to adhere to all institutional protocols and safety standards
- Compensation at $1.00 per hour, with benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and 24/7 dedicated support from VHS.
