Aspirus Wausau Hospital Medical Director/Hospital Medicine
**INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY**
We are seeking a current Aspirus Wausau Hospital Hospital Medicine physician who is interested in a leadership role to serve as the AWH Hospitalist Medical Director.
- .4 FTE role (32 hours per pay period) – remainder of role will be clinical FTE
- Provide leadership to the hospitalist team in alignment with Aspirus Health Hospital Medicine goals
- Model excellence in high-quality clinical care
- Partner with the quality team to drive improvements in clinical performance
- Support physician and provider recruitment efforts
- Mentor new providers
- Facilitate medical education with our local residency program and medical school
- Promote and sustain the delivery of an excellent patient experience
