• 24-hour on-call shifts, 9 shifts per month
• Average 6 orthopedic patients per shift
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Total joint replacement and arthroscopy required
• Must respond to calls within 15 minutes
• Focus on total hips/knees and simple fractures
• Must be able to fix hip fractures in ED
• Ongoing assignment with weekend coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
