The Memory Care Programis amultidisciplinary effort focused on the diagnosis and treatment of cognitive disorders, supported by specialists in Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, Neuropsychology, Clinical Social Work, and Advanced Practice Nursing. The program provides comprehensive evaluations and individualized care for patients and their families, addressing medical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Our expanding team utilizes advanced diagnostics, including dementia biomarkers, neurocognitive testing, and amyloid PET imaging, and offers innovative therapies, such as anti-amyloid monoclonal antibody treatment.

The Ayer Neuroscience Instituteis a rapidly expanding Institute with a focus on comprehensive patient care, academics, and research. The Institute enjoys the resources of a system committed to excellence in patient quality and experience and boasts an impressive staff of world class Neuroscience leaders which includes over 200 Neuroscience physicians and advanced practitioners. We are an academic institution affiliated with University of Connecticut School of Medicine and Quinnipiac University Medical School.
