No traditional call; limited Saturday walk-in coverage shared

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary $310,000-$325,000 depending on ability to perform hospitalist rounding

Additional earning opportunity: $500 daily stipend for each 24-hour hospitalist shift/on-call coverage

$20,000 commencement bonus (forgiven after 12 months)

$15,000 retention bonus paid after Year 1 (forgiven after 12 months)
