Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatric care. In this vital role, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Required Skills:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with Psychiatric specialization
• Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or equivalent
• Proven experience working with diverse patient populations in psychiatric settings
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with medication management and psychotherapy techniques
• Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with telepsychiatry platforms
• Additional certifications in mental health or psychotherapy

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree or higher in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
• Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric nursing or mental health practice experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
• Willingness to travel for inpatient or outpatient consultations as needed
• Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and state/federal regulations
• Valid healthcare provider CPR and First Aid certifications
