Required Skills:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with psychiatric specialization required
• Current, unrestricted state medical license
• Proven experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with telepsychiatry platforms
• Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMH-BC or equivalent)
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
• Familiarity with medication management protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
• At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric mental health settings
• Knowledge of current mental health care standards and guidelines

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and background checks
• Licensed and able to work under applicable state, federal, and local laws
• Willingness to travel when required for outreach or training opportunities
