Required Skills:

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
  • Current PA license
  • ACLS and PALS certifications
  • Proficiency in GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and US techniques
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently within a medically directed model (1:3, max 1:4)
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient care skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with epidurals without doctor presence
  • Exposure to trauma, neuro, spine, cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR system
  • Ability to adapt to a diverse patient population across all ages

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Board certification as a CRNA
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:
  • No DEA certification required
  • Ability to accommodate a 4-day, 40-hour workweek (Monday - Friday) with flexible scheduling
  • Commitment to working day shifts (07:00 - 17:00)
  • Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days, with expedited approval possible upon leadership review
