Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- Current PA license
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and US techniques
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred
- Ability to work independently within a medically directed model (1:3, max 1:4)
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient care skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with epidurals without doctor presence
- Exposure to trauma, neuro, spine, cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system
- Ability to adapt to a diverse patient population across all ages
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Board certification as a CRNA
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- No DEA certification required
- Ability to accommodate a 4-day, 40-hour workweek (Monday - Friday) with flexible scheduling
- Commitment to working day shifts (07:00 - 17:00)
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days, with expedited approval possible upon leadership review
