Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

What You'll Do:
- Provide medically directed anesthesia services in a hospital setting with a 1:3 (max 1:4) model
- Deliver anesthesia in diverse surgical and procedural areas, including Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, OB/GYN, Peds, Orthopedics, and more
- Administer GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and US techniques, including epidurals without a doctor present
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care across all ages and conditions
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
Shift Details: - Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Full-time coverage required, with varying patient volumes per location
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) board certification
- Valid Pennsylvania license
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred
- Proficient in GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and US techniques
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience working in trauma or high-acuity settings
- Exposure to advanced procedures such as cardiac and neuro anesthesia
Preferred Education & Experience: - Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
- At least 2 years of full-time anesthesia practice in a hospital environment
Other Requirements: - No DEA registration required
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days (expedited process available with leadership approval)
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule
Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly pay rate of $229.11
