Join Our Team as a Surgery Vascular Nurse Practitioner and Make a Difference in Vascular Care
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Vascular Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional patient care within our dynamic vascular surgery practice. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC or BE) in Vascular Surgery or related specialty
- Valid Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of practice
- DEA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of vascular experience; surgical experience preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in electronic health records, specifically EPIC
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with hospital rounds and outpatient clinic management
- Familiarity with vascular procedures such as bypass and amputations
- Ability to handle a diverse patient population aged 18 and older
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) with specialization in Nurse Practitioner programs
- At least one year of relevant vascular or surgical practice in fast-paced settings
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a consistent schedule on 10-hour days, primarily 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with scheduled shifts aligned to specific dates as outlined (including June 1-4, June 16-19, etc.)
- Willingness to work approximately two weeks per month in both clinic and hospital environments
- Credentialing time within 90 days; temporary availability with a clean file may be considered
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $151.72, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
