Bon Secours Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy of St. Marys is seeking a dedicated and skilled Otolaryngologist to join our growing practice in Richmond, Virginia. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established patient base within a thriving and expanding ENT service lineoffering the ability to make an immediate clinical impact while growing into a long-term leadership role within the practice and health system.
You will provide comprehensive ENT care across both outpatient and hospital settings alongside a collaborative, experienced clinical team. With strong and increasing patient demand, this role offers robust clinical volume, a diverse procedural mix, and the opportunity to quickly establish yourself as a key physician in the region.
Role Highlights:
Monday-Friday schedule | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call rotation: 1:4
High-volume practice: 25-30 patients per day
Diverse patient mix: ~20% pediatric / 80% adult
Established referral network with strong regional demand
Immediate opportunity to help expand ENT services across the market
What Youll Do:
Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ENT conditions ranging from routine to complex cases
Perform a full spectrum of ENT procedures including sinus and septal surgery, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, laryngoscopies, otologic procedures, rhinoplasties, and head & neck surgeries
Collaborate closely with audiology, speech therapy, oncology, and other specialties to deliver fully integrated, multidisciplinary care
Educate patients and families to support long-term outcomes and preventive care
Participate in team-based care planning within a fast-paced, highly supportive environment
Qualifications:
MD or DO with completion of Otolaryngology residency
Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
Active or eligible Virginia medical license
Strong surgical skill set with broad procedural experience
Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative clinical setting
