Seeking an experienced and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our esteemed healthcare team. This vital role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality primary care to adult patients within a supportive and patient-centered environment. You will play a key role in promoting overall health and managing chronic conditions, contributing to improved patient outcomes and community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive adult primary care services in a clinical setting from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Participate in Epic electronic health record training sessions every other week (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), which must be completed prior to start following credentialing.
  • Ensure patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care are carried out efficiently and compassionately.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized and effective healthcare.

Required Skills:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license and board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Proven experience in adult primary care practice.
  • Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Epic or similar electronic health record systems.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience with Epic EMR training.
  • Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS.
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
  • Experience working in community-based clinics.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in internal medicine or primary care.
  • Prior training or experience in outpatient clinic settings.

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to submit to credentialing processes and complete Epic training prior to start.
  • Ability to work at the clinic location nearest to your residence, as specified.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Start date: May 28, 2026.
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00.
