We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Practice Physician with OB experience preferred to provide clinical services primarily during late summer and early fall, with flexibility for a minimum of two weeks per month. The role includes a 10-hour workday schedule, Monday through Friday, with a typical patient volume of 16-18 patients per day. The position also involves OB call responsibilities at a 1:3 ratio, encompassing antepartum care, deliveries, and various outpatient procedures such as suturing, biopsies, IUD placements, and more.

Required Skills:

  • Valid medical license in Oregon (preferred) and DEA certification
  • Current ACLS and NRP certifications
  • Demonstrated experience performing obstetric procedures and deliveries within the past 24 months
  • Ability to manage an outpatient clinical workload efficiently
  • Proficiency with Cerner CommunityWorks EMR
  • Strong communication and patient management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:
  • OB/GYN experience including prenatal care and deliveries
  • Surgical OB experience
  • Experience with outpatient procedures like colposcopies, toe nail removals, excisions/biopsies, casting, and splinting
  • Bilingual skills or additional languages

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Minimum 2 years of primary care and OB experience
  • Active Oregon medical license and DEA (preferred at submission)

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
  • Willingness to participate in OB call (1:3 ratio)
  • Ability to complete credentialing process in 3-6 months
  • Commitment to ongoing compliance with certifications and immunizations
  • Travel and local mileage reimbursements provided per policy
  • Ability to obtain temporary or permanent privileges through credentialing
