Candidate Requirements

- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with eligibility for practice in New York.
- For Nurse Practitioner candidates, RNFA is required for first-assist responsibilities.
- Vascular surgery experience preferred; strong general surgery or other first-assist experience will also be considered.
- New graduates may be considered based on fit, professionalism, work ethic, and interest in a surgical practice environment.
- Ability to function across clinic follow-up, consultative, rounding, and operative support responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a collaborative, team-first approach to patient care.
Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base compensation commensurate with experience.
- Additional weekday call pay is currently structured at $250 per night.
- Weekend call-in pay is currently structured at $500 when applicable.
- Current APP compensation model is straight salary plus call pay; future productivity model considerations remain under review.
