About the Opportunity

We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible MD/DO Anesthesiologists to join a rapidly expanding academic anesthesiology practice. This faculty position offers a balance of clinical excellence, teaching, and academic development in a high-performing regional medical center.
Position Overview
Faculty anesthesiologists provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care across a variety of settings, including:
- Operating rooms
- Procedural suites
- Obstetrics anesthesia services
This role also includes teaching and mentorship responsibilities for learners such as SRNAs, residents, and medical students.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $310,000 – $518,000 (based on rank and experience)

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of accredited Anesthesiology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for or active Maryland medical license
- Strong clinical skills in perioperative anesthesia care
- Interest in teaching, quality improvement, and/or academic medicine
Academic Rank
Appointment will be at the level of Assistant Professor or higher, commensurate with experience, training, and qualifications.
