Required Skills:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid state medical license and board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Proven experience in performing a wide range of orthopaedic procedures
- Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Ability to maintain a high standard of patient care under pressure
Nice to Have Skills:
- Sub-specialty training or certification in areas such as sports medicine, joint replacement, or spinal surgery
- Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the patient population
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience in orthopaedic surgery
- Active state medical license
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed for consultations, training, or conferences
- Successful completion of credentialing and background checks
- Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
