You will practice atNorthglenn Medical Pavilion
Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5pm
Provider schedule: 4 -10hr days or 5 8-hr days
Practice call shared equally

Annual Base Salary:$285,000.00
Productivity:$50.00 perwRVUover 5,000wRVUsper year
Starting Incentive:$25,000.00
Relocation:up to $20,000.00
What youll bring:
MD or DO degreefrom a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency training in Internal Medicine
Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
Active, unobstructedColoradomedical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
