We are a well-established, physician-led nephrology group in Pueblo seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible nephrologist to join our team. This role offers excellent work-life balance, a welcoming community environment, and a clear pathway to partnership.
Located just outside of Colorado Springs, a private practice is seeking to hire a BE/BC nephrologist to join their growing practice. Collaborate with 5 other physicians and 2 nurse practitioners as you provide general nephrology care.
Enjoy a guaranteed base salary starting at $300,000 and a quick 1-year partnership as you provide general nephrology to a growing community.

What Youll Do
- Provide comprehensive nephrology care across clinics, dialysis centers, and hospitals
- Participate in an equitable shared call schedule
- Work in a collaborative, patient-focused practice
What We Offer
- 4-day work week. 36 patient facing hours.
- 6-9 days per month of inpatient coverage. 4 dedicated days for dialysis coverage per month.
- Minimal call requirements - primarily daytime call.
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $300,000 with additional income through partnership.
- 1-year partnership track. Partners in the practice are making upwards of $450,000.
