We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology physician to join our esteemed oncology center. Required Skills:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Valid medical license for practice
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented environment
- Experience managing a patient volume of 12-15 patients daily
- Comfortable handling light on-call responsibilities (beeper only, 2-5 calls weekly)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a multi-provider oncology setting
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Previous experience with patient follow-up and long-term care coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with travel reimbursement processes and licensure certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in hematology and oncology
- Prior experience in a similar outpatient setting is preferred
Other Requirements:
- Commitment to long-term employment and community integration
- Willingness to commute or relocate within driving distance
- Availability to start around August 3, 2026

This rewarding opportunity features an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and additional reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses. Our 24/7 dedicated team is committed to your success, providing support throughout your tenure with us. Enjoy flexible scheduling with 4 shifts per week, each lasting 8-10 hours depending on patient volume, with overtime paid after 40 hours.
