Required Skills

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential with valid licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience, preferably in outpatient surgery settings
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols and patient safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient surgical centers
• Knowledge of local/state healthcare regulations
• Ability to assist with anesthesia documentation and electronic medical records

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
• Current NCC CRNA certification
• Experience with a variety of anesthesia techniques

Other Requirements

• Availability for scheduled dates from June through October 2026, including early mornings (6:00 am start)
• Credentialing completed within 60-90 days
• Ability to work the scheduled shifts and holiday hours as specified
• Local preferred, but accommodations can be provided if necessary

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $300-$315, with additional compensation for orientation and holiday hours. Orientation pay is $150-$157.50 per hour, payable after the first 8 hours of training. Holiday hours are compensated at 1.5 times the hourly rate. Malpractice insurance is included, and travel or lodging reimbursements may be available where applicable.
