Locum Physician - Anesthesiology Omaha, NE

Join our team as a Locum Physician in Anesthesiology and play a vital role in delivering high-quality care at leading healthcare facilities. This dynamic role offers the flexibility to work in a hospital setting performing diverse procedures, including orthopedics, labor & delivery, spine, GI, gynecology, urology, cath lab, interventional radiology, bariatric bypass, and minimal vascular cases. Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in Nebraska or eligible through IMLC, or willingness to obtain NE license
• Proven experience in anesthesiology procedures, including orthopedics, OB, spine, and interventional radiology
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems, preferably EPIC
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospital-based anesthesiology setting
• Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO Degree from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or eligible in Anesthesiology
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant, independent practice experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Availability starting ASAP, with ongoing weekly scheduling needs
• Ability to work scheduled shifts: Friday 5 PM – Saturday 7 AM, Saturday 7 AM – Sunday 7 AM, and Sunday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM
• Must be willing to travel to Omaha, NE, and stay at preferred lodging or host facilities
• Credentialing and billing enrollment within 60 days

Compensation for this role is highly competitive, with hourly rates ranging from $0.00. (Please note that specific pay rates will be discussed during the hiring process.)
