Brown University Health has an opening for a hospitalist/nocturnist at Rhode Island Hospitalist, a level 1 trauma center with a closed ICU. This position is for a nocturnist, or a 50/50 day-nights split (84 nights required per year) an exclusively day schedule is not available and a 2026 start is required and non-negotiable.
Position highlights include:
- Nocturnist or combination of days and nights
- EMR is EPIC
- 15 shifts per month/187 per year
- Additional 4 weeks of vacation
- Closed ICU
- Optional procedures
- Back up for RRT
- 15 +/- 3 patients per 12-hour day shift
