Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Otolaryngology/ENT practice, with a strong clinical background
• Proficiency in EMR systems
• Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong problem-solving and patient advocacy skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with clinic management and patient workflows
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms
• Additional training or certifications in advanced ENT procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
• Minimum of 2 years of practice experience in a clinical setting

Other Requirements:

• ENT-specific experience is mandatory
• Willingness to work 3 days per week in a clinical setting
• EMR experience preferred; please highlight on your application
