Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Critical Care Medicine (BCCM)
- Valid MA Medical License or eligibility to obtain
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience
- Proficiency in Epic EMR/charting software
- Strong supervisory skills to oversee internal medicine residents
- Ability to perform procedures when residents are unavailable
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience supervising residents or in a teaching environment
- Additional certifications in advanced airway management or ultrasound-guided procedures
- Familiarity with ICU management and patient care protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of critical care experience in a hospital setting
- Prior experience working in ICU units with adult patients
Other Requirements:
- Local candidates only; no travel or paid relocation
- Availability for night shifts and weekend coverage
- Shift details: 7p-8a nights, with options for weekend shifts (including swing and day shifts)
- Start date: August 24, 2026
- Hourly pay rate of $219.41, with OT and holiday pay as applicable
- Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and compliance with all legal requirements
