Required Skills:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with valid medical license in the state of practice
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
• Proven expertise in coronary interventions, catheterizations, and emergency cardiac procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage emergent cases efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced imaging techniques and complex procedures
• Previous work in high-volume cardiac centers
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of accredited Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology fellowship programs
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in interventional cardiology preferred

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 24-hour STEMI call shifts (beeper only)
• Willingness to provide coverage for cardiology call and emergencies
• Participation in on-call rotation and adherence to hospital protocols
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Willingness to start on 05/21/2026, with potential for permanent placement
