Required Skills

• Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) in Otolaryngology
• Valid PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification
• DEA certification
• Experience with on-call duties and surgical procedures
• Excellent patient communication and clinical skills
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population from infants to seniors

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous experience in hospital and clinic settings
• Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably EPIC
• Skilled in managing complex ENT cases
• Strong teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration

Preferred Education and Experience

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Active practice in otolaryngology with relevant clinical experience
• Prior experience in hospital-based ENT care

Other Requirements

• Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including 24-hour call duties
• Willingness to work shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., including night coverage as scheduled
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
