About this role:

As a Physician in Gastroenterology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will be a part of an employed Medical Group Gastroenterology practice serving Washington County, where there is a strong community need for increased access to GI and Endoscopy care. This position would be apart of a team-based GI practice model with a strong referral base and infrastructure that will help support you in building your GI practice.

  • This position includes a?starting base salary of $620,000/annually, a $50,000?sign-on bonus,?up to $20,000 relocation assistance based upon distance; student loan repayment, a $1,500 monthly training stipend and future AEC opportunities are also available.
  • You will practice at ourRedrock Digestive Health Clinic with privileges at St. George Regional Hospital location alongside three GI Physicians.
  • Call schedule is shared with group of 1:8 w/ additional call pay for extra call shifts
  • You will have the opportunity for a (4) day work week with a mix of clinic, endoscopy and hospital service

What youll bring:

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • ACGME Residency training in Internal Medicine & Fellowship training in Gastroenterology
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Gastroenterology
  • ERCP is welcomed but not required for this position
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one, DEA and BLS
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
  • Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
