Aspirus Health is seeking a Hospitalist physician to join our team in Antigo, Wisconsin!
Location: Antigo, Wisconsin
FTE: .5 FTE (part-time)
OPPORTUNITY:
- 7 AM - 7 PM
- No call required
- Work alongside a truly collegial, collaborative hospitalist team with daytime APC support
- Opportunities to float as needed
- Manage 2-3 admissions or discharges per day
- Rounding on hospital patients
- Open, two-bed ICU
- Supported by Anesthesiology and Emergency Department teams
- Wide range of in-house specialties, including OB, Orthopedics, Oncology, Pain Management, General Surgery, Kidney Care, Cardiology, Podiatry, Gastroenterology, and ENT
- Responsible for covering open ICUs and for ICU-level patients
COMMUNITY: Antigo, Wisconsin
- Seasonal activities including snowmobiling, skiing, fishing, hiking, kayaking, festivals, and farmers markets.
- Less than an hour from Wausau, WI, and about three hours to Madison and the Twin Cities.
