- Schedule: Shared hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 7pm, Friday 7am - 5pm, Saturday 8am -12pm

- Call Requirements: Call responsibilities are shared among a larger group of Livingston providers. The schedule typically includes up to 15 weekday call shifts per year and approximately 2 weekend call rotations annually.

Requirements
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Med Peds
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills to provide high-quality primary care
- Commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients and families
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working within a team-based care model
- Desire to work in a community-focused practice and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Willingness to work some early morning, evening, and rotating weekend shifts to increase patient access
- Experience in outpatient primary care (preferred, but not required for new graduates)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Managing chronic conditions and developing personalized treatment plans
- Performing preventative care, wellness visits, and routine screenings
- Collaborating with nurse practitioners, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health records documentation
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations
- Staying up to date on evidence-based medical practices and advancements in primary care
- Engaging in community outreach and health education efforts when applicable
