What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Pediatrics
• Proven experience in pediatric healthcare settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with children and families

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Subspecialty training in pediatric subspecialties
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
• Prior experience in outpatient, inpatient, or emergency pediatric care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of pediatric clinical experience
• Active licensure in the state of practice

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
• Possession of or willingness to obtain relevant certifications (CPR, PALS, etc.)
• Flexibility to work in various healthcare settings as needed
