Physician - Obstetrics & Gynecology

What You Bring to the Role:

• Current Oregon medical license and active DEA registration
• Board certification (BC) or board eligibility (BE) within the past 3-5 years
• Proof of proficiency in OB and GYN privileges, including recent case logs (past 24 months)
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Strong clinical skills in both in-office procedures, minor GYN surgeries, and OR surgeries
• Ability to handle in-hospital deliveries (anticipated 0-2 per shift) and emergent OB cases
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital-based setting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven adaptability to variable call schedules and shift coverage

Ideal Educational & Experience Background:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Prior experience with hospital privileges in OB and GYN

Other Requirements:

• Availability for virtual interviews within the next two weeks
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule or 1 week on/1 week off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotations
• Willingness to cover call shifts, including weeknight beeper, 24-hour weekend beeper, and sporadic backup as scheduled
• Ability to bill appropriately for different shifts and call scenarios, including clinic, overnight, night call, and holiday coverage
