Electrophysiology Physician Assistant

What You'll Do:
- Support a team of 3 emergency room physicians in delivering top-tier electrophysiology services.
- Assist with consults, patient consents, MRI device programming, tilt table tests, and outpatient procedures.
- Manage approximately 20 consults and 6 outpatient procedures daily.
- Serve a diverse patient population across all ages in a busy Level IV Trauma Center.
- Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient management.
- Work Monday through Friday, 7am - 5pm, with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.
Required Skills: - Active Physician Assistant license in the state.
- Board Certification in Physician Assistant studies.
- Current DEA registration.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience supporting electrophysiology procedures and patient consultations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Nice to Have Skills: - Prior experience in a level IV trauma or hospital setting.
- Additional certifications related to electrophysiology or cardiology.
- Familiarity with MRI device programming and tilt table testing.
Preferred Education and Experience: - Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant studies.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in electrophysiology, cardiology, or critical care.
Other Requirements: - Willingness to obtain state licensure and credentials within 60 days.
- Full travel paid, including airfare, hotel ($180/night cap), and rental car ($65/day cap).
- Flexibility to work day shifts, with overtime opportunities at 1.2x pay after 10 hours.
- Eligible for holiday pay at 1.2x rate on major holidays including New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
